The Gaffer:

Helen, our founder & director, has over 25 years experience as a commercial interior designer. She has worked on projects in 30 different countries. She develops and maintains strong client relationships and is committed to upholding project requirements and aims. As Senior Workplace Consultant Helen leads the design process, taking a client-facing role and defining the overall project brief. She is also involved with the project throughout its duration to ensure our clients’ vision is achieved.

Senior Designer & Creative:

As Senior Designer at Smith Bros. Wiz is responsible for a project from initial contact with the client through to final completion on site. She takes a role in all aspects of the design process including detailed design development with the team, and selecting finishes and products. Her speciality is acoustics and if she can’t find the right product for a client then it doesn’t exist.

The Third Bro:

Niki holds 10 years of wider experience from the manufacturing & supply chain side of our industry. She uses her problem solving skills and spatial awareness to provide a unique solution for each client. She organises the team, and is loved for her impeccable time keeping and her ability to get work done to a tight deadline. Responsible for growing our network within the Yorkshire area, she will be heading up our Leeds branch.

Designer & Bro No.4:

Gerard is a senior interior designer with over 16 years of experience, bringing a strategic and refined approach to spatial design. A graduate of Manipal University Dubai, he blends strong design thinking with a keen eye for detail to create spaces that are both functional and visually compelling. With experience across commercial, retail, and residential projects, he is known for translating complex briefs into clear, impactful design solutions. Backed by strong technical knowledge and a deep understanding of execution, he ensures ideas are delivered with precision and efficiency. Passionate about thoughtful, user-focused design, Gerard approaches every project with clarity, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose.

The Fifth Bro:

Harry is a Manchester‑based junior interior designer and artist with a master’s degree in architecture. He brings a fresh, multidisciplinary perspective to spatial design, blending architectural thinking with a strong artistic sensibility. Passionate about creating thoughtful, human‑centred environments, he’s at the beginning of an exciting career shaped by curiosity and creativity.
